In an attempt to stop smoking and get fit I've bought a bike, Stratchclyde
country park is about a mile away from my house, does anyone know the
distance around the lake ?

Thats great, 3.5mile + the journey to and back will be around 6 miles all in
🙂I've got a desk drawer filled with with Nicotine gum for when I take the
plunge. 😉 -

you'll feel like a new man! When I first started I had to have a break
every five or six miles, now I can do 50. You'll be amazed how your
fitness improves if you stick with it :-)--

I ended up visiting the bizzarre bar at the amusements for a pint and a
smoke when I went cycling the other day 🙁'spose its all part of the learning curve 😉
