Some of you remember I posted on this issue a couple of weeks ago.
Having thought about it a bit more, the best way I can describe it is
like a faint smell of a mixture of sour milk (lactic acid) and vinegar
(acetic acid).
Sounds nice doesn't it?!

Seriously, I don't know about "cheesey and cabbagey," but acetone is
what my urine smells like if I eat a lot of fat and very low carb and
don't drink enough water.Fortunately for my marriage, I don't smell like that any other time.
