  1. The television program "Boston Public" *might* have a small part for one of our Bacchetta's tomorrow
    (Friday) night.

We heard they originally wanted to use the Aero, but they ended up using the Strada on camera
according to the info we got.

We heard some vague plot lines concerning the bike when they contacted us, but we'll
see...hopefully it will give bents some positive coverage?!

You mean you allowed your bike to be cast in the role without having first read the script?!

We tried that Ron, but they would'nt go for it...we wanted a separate trailer, only red M+M's
etc. for the bike and it's "handler" ;<😉

  4. Rich, you guys are easy. Sounds like the producer or one of the writers wanted to try out all
    your bikes.

IF, you get your bike back will it be sold for less as a demo or more because it is famous?

I am making a home movie. Please send an Aero Basso ASAP. Thanks, Don

  5. Product placement as its called, usually does not come cheap, unless you know someone.

Hi Don...The Aero Basso is on the way for your home movie, as long as you can promise my
favorite robot/semi human (7 of 11's, or whatever her name was on Star Trek) will be the rider.

Wife Ann hitting my arm as we speak....

  7. I bet you'll be holding your breath hoping the rider is not some morbidly obese guy doing a dope
deal in the school parking lot.

  8. Well it was a sweet story about that boy but I wish they had not made it seem like the recumbent is a bike for the handicapped.

  9. The local paper says:

"Convicted of securities fraud, an investment banker (Dennis Miller) avoids incarceration by
teaching math at Winslow High School; a woman (Sherilyn Fenn) crashes into Guber's vehicle."

It does not say what Ms. Fenn is driving/riding. Could it be?????!!!!!! Hope it isn't !!!!!! OH NO
    MR. BILL !!!!!!!

    Stay tuned, Don

Boy did I cringe when I heard that closing line: "First a recumbent, then a wheelchair."

  11. What? Better they should have had a "crack head" tooling around on the bent?

  12. Sounds like the Strada appearance was more than just a cameo like the bent on the boardwalk on
Babewatch. Bummer, I missed the whole thing. My local newspaper had the show listed for 9pm PST. It
aired at 8pm. Skin was on at 9pm. Not even the promise of a Strada could make me watch Skin.

I watched the last 20 minutes of the show, thinking that I'd already missed the bent, and not being
especially interested in the rest of the show, although I like Dennis Miller. The 'bent was the
focal point of a 2-3 minute scene at the very end, with a student riding it down the hallways.

-- r May all beings be happy. May they be joyous and live in safety. All living beings, whether weak
or strong, in high or middle or low realms of existence, small or great, visible or invisible, near
or far, born or to be born, Let no one deceive another, nor despise any being in any state; Let none
by anger or hatred wish harm to another. Even as a mother at the risk of her life watches over and
protects her only child, so with a boundless mind should one cherish all living things,

  14. unfortunately, Sherilyn Fenn on a recumbent, would have been HOT. everyone would want one, male
    and female.

I was out on a walking 'tour of terror' last nite while the show aired. Our local paper also had it
listed for 9, the time I set the VCR to record it. Oops.

Huh? Scene was 1 minute max.

First time I've watched an entire episode of Boston Public and this has got to be one of the dumbest
    shows on TV.

Can't I say anything without being corrected? Sheesh. I didn't have my stopwatch going, not my habit
you see. Maybe it just SEEMED like 3 minutes...
