  1. I've been hit by a car as a pedestrian and broke my arm in half 5 years ago. I'm fully healed now and I follow all traffic rules!I'm new to cycling and on the route I go,there is a semi steep hill at a stop sign that I have to take a right on. I hate it that my momentum totally goes from stopping and a few times i had to walk the bike up it for a while do to traffic and lack of momentum, but I follow the rules of the road regardless. Losing a speed and a minute or less is much better than being killed.
