How are you determining your level of intensity? Could you actually be in L5? A good L5 interval 5 to 8 minutes long makes me feel like I'm going to hurl.
-
Thanks for your reply
The most of the times my problem matters while I climb in L5 about 178 hr and over

Heart rate is not a good way to estimate effort but your description of feeling sick sure sounds like you're above LT (high L4 105% FTP) and gone well into a VO2max level 5 interval. Typical L5 intervals are 5 minute all out efforts used for peaking in the six weeks before an event it is not considered sweet spot training because duration is to low. If you can't take a drink from your water bottle without dropping your pace you should back off a bit to stay below 100 % FTP 91% FTP is a good target intensity.

I would go to the doctor and get checked out. It's impossible to diagnose over the internet but it sounds possibly like either vericosele or a hernia.

You might consider monitoring what you eat in the four hours or so before you ride. As a runner many years ago, I suffered terrible abdominal pain, which I eventually attributed to relative gut ischemia. What worked for me was eliminating all solid food in the 4-6 hours before hard runs or races.

Ι suppose that might be my problem but when I have a race at 8 am I must eat my breakfast at 3 am.😕 Ι think that my problem is defintly about digestibility
