That Viking uses a conventional bike crank. Any bike shop can come up
with a suitable replacement. Alternately. if it's the right crank
that's stripped, many machine shops as well as many bike shops may
have a helicoil kit to repair the threads; for the left, the number of
places that have a helicoil kit (other than of bike shops) will be
small.

That's more common on the left side (by about 10:1).

If it is a left side square taper crank, replacements are
readily available. Any competent LBS can replace it while
you wait for $15 to $35.

For most common cranks you need only check the
length(stamped on the inside face, usually 170 or 175mm).
It's a good idea to remove the right pedal while you're
there. Lube and torque pedals to 30-40Nm.

If you called most bike shops and asked, "Do you carry parts
for a Viking Electric Bicycle?" you'd get , "sorry can't
help you".

If it is a left side, try "Do you have a (170 or 175) left
aluminum crank?" instead.

If it is a right, you need to know more to get a
replacement. Although steel inserts can be thread into a
damaged pedal eye, it is more expensive than a left crank
usually and more trouble than most right cranks are worth.
As with everything there are exceptions.

If it's a right, if it isn't aluminum, if it isn't square
taper, write us here with more info.

Where is your dealer? Is this a new vehicle?
