Well there's a frontal system heading in from the NW but winds down here are blowing from the south so are helping to push the front away. Apparently it will fizzle out over the next day or so, with perhaps a few splats in North Wales but nothing in the south, so they say. The reckon high pressure will take over on the weekend with the front becoming a weak affair, crossing central Britain, so it looks like the south may have the best weather, a mixture of cloud and sunny spells.
The BBC summary today said; "Dry, some sunshine, patchy fog and frost"
That will do me. Just packing the sack as I type.
