  1. KD,

I started over with this group 2 weeks ago and it is great.
    Good luck.

    Winnie

  2. Thanks Winnie - seems like a great bunch to me too!

  3. Ack, I don't think I could do it on 26 points a day. As it
is, I'm only managing 28-29 because I get a fair bit of
exercise (no car means you use your feet more). Perhaps I'll
stick with the regular way for now, see if I can drop a few
    pounds this way.

I must say, I'm not finding it easy. I'm hungry. Maybe it's
just my reaction of trying to get back in the swing of
things, and my body is wondering where the heck the rest of
the food is! Maybe after a few more days, my bod will adjust
to the fact that this is all she gets?

I do eat plenty. Maybe I just need to space it out a bit.
For breakfast, it's usually cereal and half a banana. Snack,
a hardboiled egg, some Simple Pleasures cookies and a
caramel chocolate chip rice cake (Quaker, they're AWESOME
for one point!). Lunch, a homemade WW veggie burger or
veggie soup, then an apple in the afternoon. But by the time
    I get home at 5, I'm starved!

On the positive side, I walked the stairs once to get to my
office today. I'm on the10th floor! I'm going to try doing
that once a day to add on some exercise.

KD if you are 218 lbs you would get 26 points a day plus
any exercise points that you may only use that day (or
not) or lose forever. On top of that you get 35 Flex
points for the week. Laura our resident excel expert wrote
a excel spreadsheet that tracks your points for you (you
should enable the macros when prompted):

I hope this helps with the new program, everything else is
mostly the same. Congrats on dodging that ol' brownie

  5. you can divide up the flex points and use them daily if you like, the part I
had most trouble with is that the flex plan added 14 points a week and I
have trouble eating the daily target most days, so I save most of mine and
have a special treat at the end of the week, Lee
