  1. Hi, i am a freshman in college and never work out. I plan ongoing to
the gym religously in the next coming days. Can I start right away on
creatine? My goals are to get bigger, I am 5'8 137lbs, basically
scronny. If i do this what rules should i follow as far as diet. Like a
mapout of food i should eat thats available in college would be great.

    thankyou

Sure why not. But it is suggested that you take in lots of
protein and carbs. 5 small meals a day is often suggested.
Also drink lots of water and remember you need rest too.
Rest is just as important as your workout. You don't want
    to burnout.

  3. If you are just starting out I would recommend just eating a good diet,
getting plenty of rest, and working out hard. At the beginning you
will make good gains without creatine so why bother with it at this
stage. If you want supplementation at this point making protein powder
smoothies would be a good start. Exercise using compound exercises
(bench and incline press, squat, deadlift, dips, lat pulldowns,
chinups, dumbell or barbell rows, overhead press). These exercises use
big muscle groups and therefore are great for getting bigger. Please
be very careful starting out, learn good form especially on deadlift
and squat. Dips can also be rough on the shoulders so be careful to go
straight up and down on these. Start out light and gradually work up
in weight, this is also more rewarding since you see your progress each
time even if you have been holding yourself back a bit on the weight
(not the INTENSITY!). Eventually you will start to plateau and you
    could revisit this decision then.
    Good luck,
    James

For a college student eating 5 times a day may prove to be a chore. I
would say frequent meals are not important anyway, and from longevity
point of view eating sparsely is better. I eat in the evening
only. Been doing that for many years. It's 14:20 now and I had zero
calories so far. My meal for tomorrow is resting in the hammock -
