    Um.... shouldn't that be "subtract" rather than "add"? I'm in CDT and
    France is 7 hours ahead of us.

    And changing weather can make a significant difference, as it did last year
    on the final individual TT. I don't recall anyone mentioning how much more
    favorable conditions were for David Millar, who went quite early and had an
    incredible tailwind, vs Lan/Jan/Mayo/Tyler etc., who faced heavier rains but
    almost zero wind.

    I was there, and was quite surprised to see so little mention of it in the
    coverage of the event.
