    Sure you may have had a breakthrough, but my point is that you've been underestimating your FTP since you started this thread, and likely on the order of at least 10%.

    I'm riding about 15 hrs per week. About 80 minutes of those 15 hrs are spent on a trainer at 280 watts or higher. So far I'm feeling a lot better than last year.
    The remainder of the time is riding at low/moderate power and with no more than a few minutes at high power, but I do a few sprints here and there. I'm also losing weight, I'm lighter and leaner.
