certainly work well with shimano rear mechs, stronglight chainrings ,
fsa chain rings, shimano chainrings, shimano cassettes for me. -
I'm interested in using a 9spd campag chainset with the rest of a 9spd
shimano groupset."MSeries" <[email hidden]> wrote in message

have used Sugino chainsets with shimano from mechs and SRAM chain. Are
you using STi ? need to check the through of each click for the front
mech make sure the shimano front mech moves the right distance for the
campag spacing. With friction downtube levers this is not a problem at all. -

limited by the stop screws. It's unlikely to be a problem on a triple if the
middle ring is used as datum, again because there is usually excess mech
travel.Pete

Works perfectly on Campag 9-speed racing triple with TA inner chainring -
been on the bike about 12 months.HTH
