Squid report

  1. Last night's fried squid came out great. I used the batter recipe on the
    squid package - beer, flour, salt, paprika. As people here suggested I made
    an aioli as well as the standard horseradish sauce. We had raw broccoli, raw
    red bell pepper, and blanched asparagus along with a pasta salad (roasted
    onion, roasted fenel, and sun dried tomatoes). Good stuff!

    Not sure what you mean - it was frozen cleaned squid from the supermarket.
    Comes in a 1 lb package - the "squid package."
