end and MTB shoes, but do the job. Pedals, shoes and I have done about 2000

I use finish line chain lube on my old spd's, works fine.

  6. My roadie Ultegras squeaked, or creaked. Used candle wax on the
pedal/cleat interfaces for quite a while. Worked fine but shat me to
tears as it had to be done every few rides. Bought new pedals. How's
    that for an extreme remedy?
