Squawking Brompton

There's a horible noise coming from my Brompton that I can't isolate. It's a nasty sounding squeak whenever I press hard on the LH pedal. I've checked the pedals though that they're well lubed ans spin freely. I did wonder about the bottom bracket but lacking the tools to investigate it I took it to the LBS for investigation. Unfortunately they were almost as flummoxed as me but decided that it was probably coming from the rear suspension rubber. Despite having lubed everything is sight, it *Still* squeaks. Anyone else got a noisy Brompton? Tim

I did wonder about the bottom bracket but lacking the tools to investigate

(Turned out to be a slightly loose bolt holding the suspension rubber).

I didn't post, I just searched the archives for "squeak". IIRC it was a
comment of yours (or a thread you participated in) that led me to the
solution.
