  1. I have been working out at the same gym for a couple of years, and recently
some of the other regulars suggested that I should start squatting now that
    I am an advanced lifter.

I have been working out with a few of them at the squat rack, and I have
noticed that sometimes when they are lifting heavy they will blast a fart
when they crunch down. All the other guys pretend nothing is happening, but
I was wondering if there is any way to avoid doing this? They say it is the
protein drinks that give them the farts.

I tried to find out what my one rep maximum is, and the weight was too heavy
and on the way up I farted a wet squirt, and that was very embarrassing. I
had to leave immediately and sit on a towel so that the [censored] stain would not
    go on the car seat.

    Any help would be appreciated.

Wear a napkin (diaper) and a pair of ear defenders! ;o)

Alternatively, have a good [censored] before going to the gym, or have a
thorough clean-up in the showers after you have [censored] yourself. It
might also help to bring a change of clothes.

I heard you could do anus curls to help tigthening up when going down.
Actually letting one go would rob you of at least 2% strength. Compare to
letting out the air from your lungs prematurely 😉

Hershey squirts are nice. I suggest puting a tampax near your mud hole.
Ease up on the dairy products too.
