anyone see that new show on Bravo called "What I Hate About You" where
that lady dumps 3-4 packets of Splenda on her salads before eating?
    Yuck.

  2. Does anyone know of a Splenda supplier who can ship internationally, to
    Asia?

And, according to Atkins, he believed aspartame would inhibit weight
loss in some people. I would say most of us here have not seen that
happen. So, if you're losing weight ok, then I'd use aspartame, but
if you're having trouble, its one of the things to consider.

Didn't he also say that aspartame caused carb craving in some people?

Sweet is a flavor. We're genetically designed to like sweets. In
nature, sweet is how fruits signify ripeness and how we recognize
wholesomeness. Hard to get past the old DNA.

You're absolutely correct. Sweet is a flavor found in strawberries,
blueberries, even to some extent, in plain yogurt, if one allows their
own taste buds to re-set to actually taste that.. It's easy to get past
the old DNA, all you need is a packet of equal or splenda. <duck/run>

Both, or perhaps by adding Sweet-n-low, all three are super sugars.
    Much sweeter than sugar.

All the cancer issues seem to have been resolved by limiting the
    quantity to normal human consumption.

The newest problem is a belief that people are getting more accustomed
to a stronger sweetness. A super sweet tooth if you will. Could be a
problem if people start adding multiple packs to their beverages or an
extra teaspoon here and there. Sweets are definitely a weakness for
most. Fueling that weakness might start cravings of other sweets that
    aren’t in the diet plan.
