Target now has Splenda tablets too.

So, it sounds like the Splenda (Sucralose) market is being fully branded
before the last patents of Sucralose manufacture expire.

Good marketing strategy. No matter what form, SPLENDA was filling that
    sucralose market first.

I wonder when there will be an official liquid Splenda in the stores.

It probably won't be too long.

Do these tablets have a sugar filler like the packets, or are they
    completely zero-carb like the liquids?

Ingredients: Lactose (from milk), sucralose, l-leucine, croscarmellose
    sodium.

    From the same page:

    Serving Size: 1 Tablet (0.055g)

At that overall weight, there is absolutely nothing to count. Each tablet
only weighs 5/100ths of a gram.

So, the answer is yes, they are "zero carb", unless you eat them by the
    handful.

You can also find these at Schnucks grocery stores and Hy-Vee grocery
    stores.

So, there is likely to be this tiny tablet form everywhere there was the
paper packet form and the bulk granulated form.

I'll bet that there will be a liquid concentrate form as well.

In not too long, the last manufacturing patent on Sucralose expires, and
    there will be other brands.

It is best for Splenda to eliminate entry by competitors by having NEW
    FORMS.

"At last --- SugarSub introduces liquid Sucralose -- a NEW FORM of
SUCRALOSE that you have come to love and trust."

If they are like the tablets that have been sold in Australia for over
10 years (and the ingredients I have seen listed would indicate so)
then each tablet has 0.3 calories. Assuming 100% of those calories
are from carbs (worst case scenario) that would be 0.3 divided by 4
(number of calories per gram of carb) or 0.075g carb per tablet.
Consuming 13 tablets will give you one gram of carb (the equivalent
amount of sweetening would be 6 1/2 packets or 13 teaspoons of
granular, total carb 6.5g). I call it 0.1 gram per tablet for ease of
calculation as I'd rather under-estimate than overestimate when doing
a quick estimation of carbs per serve of a particular food.

So, no - they are not *completely* zero-carb like the liquids but are
a much better 'carb-bargain' than either the packets or the granular.
