  1. Hi,

I was wondering if anyone knows where I can buy training cd's for doing Spin training at home. Ideally these would be with both music and instuctions i.e. "now racing", "now hill climbing".

I have done several spin classes in my gym but now I have a purchased a spin bike for at home. I guess once I have done a few more lessons at home then I will figure out how to create my own spin session.

    Thanks,

    Rob.🙂

  2. Try this: http://www.excelsports.com/new.asp?page=7&major=3&minor=1

Scroll down at the end of the page till you see Spinervals DVD.

  3. Those look pretty cool. I think I'll pick up a few myself.

  4. The Carmichael (Lances coach) are available online...and probably ebay?

I got one free with my Cycleops Trainer, the Time Trial version, but they do come in Hill Climbing, Sprinting etc....

The TT one is pretty tough!! I never sweat like that on the road!! It's very good though...

I have used both the spinervals and the Climbing CTS DVD's and can highly recomend them. The best part of the spinervals is that there is about 20+ to chose from

  6. All,

Thanks for all the help. This lot should keep me going!!!!😉

    Rob.
