  1. There is so much discution about soy, and i can't decide what to belive.
Is it bad to use soy as the source of proteins for muscle development??
Is it true that it's bad protein and it can damage my health??

I have no worries about soy since it is recommended by many
    credible sources.

But, if you do, and you use soy protein powder to take in extra
protein for weight lifting and such, switch to whey protein powder
which is used by weight lifters far more commonly than soy protein.

I encourage you to make a google search of previous discussions in
sci.med.nutrition about this topic. There is not much new to say about this
    topic.

Soy can be bad for your health because it can be bad for your thyroid.

However, some people for genetic reasons are not affected by soy. But,
in general, consuming excessive amounts of soy will eventually totally
shut down your thyroid resulting in hypothryoidism.

I didn't talk about "excessive amounts" of soy. There are many
foods best avoided in excessive amounts. I use whey protein powder
myself because I understand it is a superior form of protein.

Are you Ray? I really don't think so. 🙂

The most convincing evidence for me that soy protein has an adverse
effect on thyroid function was that soy protein adversely affected my
thyroid by giving all the classic symptoms. I am referring to, of
course, that very yuckie feeling associated with hyperthyroidism. But,
here again some people are apparently not affected due to genetic
reasons or perhaps due to a very high idolized salt intake.

    Ray,

I used to think that soy was good, but I had to change my position after
finishing my paper on prostate cancer
    (http://www.tbiomed.com/content/2/1/10)

Basically, if you take soy all of your life, then it will prevent
prostate cancer by preventing telomere formation(which is why Japan has
the lowest rate in the world). If you take soy while any prostate
cancer cells exist in your body, it will cause the doubling rate to
increase due to increasing the production of bcl-2 (the protein which
    prevents programmed cell death).

You should have taken your own advice. I think soy has shut down
what's left of your pea brain Gohde. Its left you a toothless,
    peckerless, pea-brained idiot. 🙁

But enough superlatives for now ...

Just my opinion, but I am right (about you) as usual.
