  1. Anybody else notice that after using sodium flouride toothpaste for a few
days they get a perpetual awful, disgusting taste in their mouth?

I have fell into this trap several times now and wondered WTF was making my
mouth so horrid. I took me a while to figure what was doing it.

I have found switching to sodium monoflourophosphate toothpaste clears it up
after a few days of avoiding the sodium flouride. Troubel is I don;t drink
gallons of water everyday trying to get rid og it and I should consume more
    water anyway.

  2. Plain yogurt first thing in the morning (not necessary) and last thing
you eat (mandatory), washed out with a little water, and you should
avoid toothpaste altogether. Drink white tea and let your teeth be a
natural color, not whiter than white. Bleaching will allow "bad
bacteria" to take over. Make sure your toothbrush doesn't have stuff
growin on it (or you can get oral thrush). Picking the plaque off
yourself with scrapers you can buy over the internet is also a good
idea, if you feel you can do it without damaging yourself (the
    instruments can be sharp).
