In truth religion had very little to do with the vote.That headline was just that a headline.
The medias way of trying to make it known that they are all knowing and can give instant answers to any question.
The truth gets a lot more complicated with many more, and diverse reasons why most people didn't want Kerry.
It is of course human nature to want to capulsize answers or give simple quick reasoning to complex human equations.
The other mistake that people keep making is the assumption that all the so called blue states voted for Kerry and all the so called red for Bush.
Some were close calls in both camps with a lot of division in most states,not all but most.
I suppose it is more comforting to be able to sum things up in one word but not completely accurate. I truly believe that voters on both sides questioned their decision to go one way or the other. Can't prove that but it's my theory.
And besides it's "Uh-Mer-Uh-Kin" not Merkin.

It's everyones perogative to vote whatever way they wish.

But I see absolutely no - NO - redeeming qualities in that other clown.
And that's what perplexes most non-USA people.

He is screwing your economy.
He has screwed your country's reputation internationally.
He has managed to make a balls of Iraq.
Also Mullah Omar, BinLaden & Co are still operating FOUR YEARS LATER, with impunity.

This has all happened durring the bush adm. Not to mention the 'liberation' of Iraq, wonder how much dept has that got us in? I know it's in the billions. And the worst part is that we dont need to be in iraq, and bush is there for he oil [Him and his budy's are the one making the millions]. Where would bush be if he didn't convince half the american people that "theres alot of good people workin hard" and that we are "liberating" this country

I just thought that it might help turn it more secular, and balance up against the bible thumpers. Just think of all those Hispanic souls that need saving from the devil. He was a goalkeeper - and by all accounts - a pretty good one too.
Like a lot of Poles - he was a good soccer player.

I tried reading the P2 stuff and Calvi and I got totally and utterly lost in the detail.
Half the banks of Northern Italy were involved according to this 700 page book.
I just gave up - couldn't take in the detail.

I've been trying to figure it out myself. It defies explanation. The guy can't speak english, has little; if any accomplishments in his 1st term, sends U.S. soldiers into "[censored]" w/o the slightest care in the world, taunts the terrorists to "bring it on" which they have by the way, ect... 😠
