Stop breathing ;-) the only cure!
The air you breathe in is relatively dry and cold.
Your nose may be cooler than your body core.
The air you breathe out is at body heat and saturated with water vapour.
Cold air can hold less water vapour than warm air.
The moisture condenses on cool surfaces, like your nose.
The nose also produces mucus in response to increased air flow.
You probably saw Lance Armstrong riding in warm France in the summer.
England in the winter is different.
Lance may have been mouth breathing; maybe you should try this.
