Yes, you can put anyone's 34t on, as long as it uses the same bolt pattern
(and that is probably 110 bcd). The nice thing about the 110 standard is
that it allows you to customize your crank gearing to your heart's content.
Sometimes you can run into issues with the spacing between the chainrings,
due to ring thickness/offset, but in my experience this is rarely an issue
with a double crank.

BTW, I'd be interested in purchasing your left-over 36 and 50t rings.

Going from a 36T inner ring to a 34T inner ring is not going to make a
real big difference compared to the differences that might be possible
if you use a larger rear cogset. What cassette came standard on the
bike?

You *might* be able to make the stock derailleur work, I think a
regular Tiagra has a 31T max. Otherwise, any number of inexpensive
derailleurs will work.

IME, a Tiagra will easily clear a 32T cog. Shimano is notoriously
conservative in these matters.

To the OP: a 36/32 is a ~ "30 inch" gear (i.e., pretty low). A new 34T
inner ring with the stock 26T cog is a ~"35 inch" gear, noticeably
higher. (and, just to finish with the math, a new 34T ring *and* a new
32T max cassette gives you a ~"28.5 inch" gear, i.e., not a lot lower
than you get just with the new cassette.)

Yes, if the distance between the holes for the bolts ("bolt circle
diameter"😉 is the same.
