I've completed my photocollection of Skye and added it to my existing photogallery on Fotopic.net. The collection consists mostly of pictures from several visits to the Black Cuillin.

If such were my motivation I'd head to Orkney; Highland Park, absolutely cannot be bettered! SteveO
HP is very good indeed, but the highest point on (in?) Orkney is just 1577 ft. Not a very re'ward'ing hill. You'll have to take a bottle of HP to the BC of S than :-)

Ah, well, y'see a bit of cross-interest comes to play here; there's the Old Man of Hoy to play with, defintely much better than sheep spotting... after that there's Scapa Flow!! Walking would come a distant third-choice option for me if faced with those two :-) (no offence mind you ;-)

Tried to reply via email but hey ho...
Ahh yes, my spiritual home. It is a bit of an annual pilgrimage for me. I haven't got up there this year but I had a really good excuse - I was in Malta. Getting out of the flow and up to the Northern Isles and Shetland is really good too. --
