  7. I was also going to say deadlifts as an exercise that will get most of
    your body bigger including your neck. Since I started doing deadlifts
    I have added quite a bit of strength and muscle mass. It is an
    exercise that requires that you are careful though. You could also do
    some of those neck exercises, I think you could use a towel or
    something for resistence if you aren't in a gym. I also noticed my
    neck getting tired while doing some of the situp/ab work in martial
    arts the other night, I don't know if it will get your neck bigger.
