  1. Hi Folks,

I'd like to share with you that today I was able to
fit in size 34 pants by utilizing the LC + workout system.

The pants was a bit tight but it fit.

A few months ago size 40 was tight on me.

My goal is 32 by Feb 2005. Will share b4/after pictures in Feb.

Good luck everyone with your goals.

    Cheers,

I just went to the gym in the morning on empty stomach:

12 minutes of stretching in the sauna, 25 minutes cardio,
15 minutes light weights, 10 minutes of relaxation in the
sauna, shower then head to work.

Occasionally I jumped in the swimming pool (indoor) instead
of cardio. I also drink tons of water during and after working out.

When you are in ketosis, this amount of routine workout
can burn serious amounts of stored fat.

  5. Wonderful, John! Reading your reply to khalamity, I was surprised to notice
that you workout before you eat. I'd always thought that you should eat
before you work out, as it kick starts your metabolism. Oh, well, I guess
    it's everybody's different chemistry.

If you read on HGH (Human Growth Hormone,) they suggest if you don't want
to intake growth hormone you should workout on empty stomach.

They body produces much less of this hormone as we grow older.
Working out on empty stomach makes the body release it.
This hormone contributes losing hair, hair color loss, wrincles, ..etc
    (aging in general actually).

  7. Thanks for the info, John. Maybe if I work out on an empty stomach, my
thinning hair (due to low carb) might be reversed?

  8. I used to know guy who would "stretch" in the sauna.

    He had batwings, too. Nasty.

Thinning hair due to low carb? How so? Do you mean thinning hair due to weight
    loss?

  10. Sorry. Yes, I should have said, 'due to weight loss.' However, the last
time I lost a significant amount of weight (low fat), I don't remember
    losing hair.
