On the descent it was mainly about Simoni, and Popovych
trying to gain GC places on Gonchar who had led up the big
climb, but lost touch over the top.Popo went for it (and almost lost it a couple of times) on
the descent with Cunego on his wheel. It was obvious Cunego
was a far better descender, but he played the team man and
stayed behind Popo.Regards! Stephen
