    Danny posted the following recently:

"To make up for it, here's .... mine:" speedy5.freeserve.co.ukz knickers.jpg

Admit it Danny, tell us the truth;-)

One evening during the 1997 British Juggling Convention I returned to my tent to find a pair of
lacy knickers in the porch. The rest of the Tunbridge Wells jugglers denied all knowledge, but
later suggested it might have been related to the modelling balloons that they'd been floating
around the theatre before the public show with the message "Looking for a woman" and a description
    of my tent's location.

During each of the following 3 BJC's, I returned to my tent at some point to find a pair of lacy
knickers in the porch. There wasn't much doubt who'd put them there.

Finally, the Tunbridge Wells Juggling Club [1] presented me with 2 pairs of lacy knickers on my
    wedding day.

So I now possess several pairs of lacy knickers. They're actually not a bad fit round the waist, but
are incredibly uncomfortable due to a lack of frontal storage space.

So, who's wearing a silly Santa hat this year? Bought one today for a quid.

I expect to be cycling on the 25th. Is the hat compulsary on this day, do you think?

I plan to ride on Christmas day too, never done it before. I was thinking a little ride around
Epping or Hainault, maybe 40k max...should set me up nicely for a bit of turkey :-) I'm guessing the
roads should be very quiet...but I could be wrong.

I like to go for a nice off-road cycle by the sea after Christmas dinner. Encourages me not to eat
too much, and removes any chance of that horrible bloated feeling that'll be afflicting a good 95%
of the population of Britain at that time!

Sadly, I'll not be able to do that this year because I'll be in weegie-land and nowhere near
    my bike :-(

    Cheers,

    AJ

True - wearing a santa hat may well reduce the incidence of SMIDSY.

That's +8-10 BIG points depending on exactly who is doing the wearing..

20 points if it was John Prescott.

Eeeugghhh! I wish I hadn't just pictured that!

Blimey, I'm only riding 8 miles to get my turkey. Everyone who could give me a lift will be [censored]

    Yes.

I'll be decking out the bike with tinsel, for use as extra optional reflectors within the definition
of the RVLRs. Red at the back, and silver on the front, of course.

You are by the sounds of it

I've been up to put one on the little statue of my sister's dog that she wanted on her

Your sister's grave or the dog's? EMWTK.

    The statue on the gravestone.

His sister's grave. I like it, it's the most amusing headstone in the cemetary and just like his
sister to want it. The other nice thing about it is that visits to the grave can be called "going to
pat the pug" which I prefer to "going to visit the grave".
