I am looking for a new computer for my flatbar (commuting) and was
considering the Sigma BC 1606L + Cadence (probably wireless) and was
interested in feedback from any users.
I have a number of the 1200's on my roadies, they're reliable (but
they're wired, not wireless), they do drop out in heavy rain, but
they're less prone to it than cateyes were when I used them.
I have the 1600, I think, which, I think, is the predecessor to the
1606 which just adds a backlight (which I want to put in as part of my
next PBK order, but they don't have the cadence kit). Only once or
twice has the 1600 gotten confused by rain -- cadence and speeds up
near 400 and 200km/h respectively, IIRC (down the 1:20). Once I
stopped, I took it off, wiped the contacts, put it back on, and it was
fine.
