Sigma BC 1600

I got one from bikepro.com.

The small black plastic shape that looks like a toblerone, goes on the
crank. The other black sensor goes near the first one, on the rear triangle
of the bike. That plugs into the top of the computer, at the front. I'm not
sure if there is any way (+ or -, wires?? I don't know..), i just plugged it
in. If its working, you can hear a slight click sound as the crank sensor
goes past the sensor on the rear triangle. (magnet maybe??)

The only problem, is that the sensor on the crank slips, i might try a
lackey band. I'm hoping if it get hit, it should roll around and not break
off, i was going to Araldite it on, but i don't know..

the cadence kit. I cant find any diagrams etc. on the Sigma site.

Also does it matter where i put the magnet ie top of the spoke or
halfway down?

Can anyone explain or take some photos to show me how.

The kit doesn't have any instructions, but its simple enough.
Magnet goes on crank. Use the left crank to avoid the chain.
The sensor attaches to the stay using the rubber ring, the same way the
front one was attached.

No. Use whatever position is needed to get the right distance from the
forks and sensor.

You had me confused there. The first sensor is on the fork. This second
one, for cadence, is on the bottom stay.

No polarity, its just a switch.

The magnet? There should be a double-sided adhesive pad to stop it
slipping, and a cable tie to hold it on.

Try PVA (woodglue / craft glue). Just a little blob - shouldn't bond permanently - comes off with a sharp fingernail.
