Ironic name for that Apollo don't you think? Look at how much stuff you have loaded on that thing. It looks like a bike equivalent of a sherpa.

Now that's an interesting team kit. 🙂
I traded the hybrid in today for a 7300 FX Alpha SL Bontrager - Speed disc break; now I really like the bike I am using.......and I really feel the road!!!!!
Here's my latest.

These are not up to date pictures, and the bikes now both have SPD-SL pedals, and there are yellow tyres on the flat bar. My Giant has a Fizik Arione saddle now as well.

Shimano 540. 16 spokes per wheel. Apparently they aren't much good if you weigh too much but i don't have that problem and have found them alright.

Dammit, I gotta find a way to post a pic of my latest effort. Being a big lad I've just procured a 2nd hand Columbus SLX frame and built it up out of bits as follows... 🙂
60cm Custom built Steel frame powdercoated in Lime green. 8)
Shimano Ultegra all round. 8)
Mavic rims, Conti gatorskins front and rear. 8)
46cm Botrager racelite handlebars. 8)
It's all black and lime green, noice!!
I'll post a pic when I can but that'll have to do for now... (No digital camera yet, will soon though)

Going to be a Selle Italia SLK gel flo (hopefully)
Other than that, there both great bikes.
