Aww, that's cute. Reminds me of the roadside/hillside
shrines ya see in the background of French photos. (My
favorite was the polkadot jersey painted on the rocky
face of a mountain.)

If he so egotistical that any/evryone who has ever met him
in Austin thinks that he is, why the hell would he care
enough about some backwater college town to erect a hookie
tribute to himself there?

Also per his own words. Austin is his home, as his kids and
his foundation are there.
