    1) Take it up the ass (like you don't already LOL) 2) and masturbate
    50x a day.

  3. If you're doing military presses, why bother with the laterals? Do you
do any benching, chinning, or rowing? If not, you ought to, and if so,
no need for any more shoulder stuff, IMO.

Why two more exercises and not, e.g., a few more sets of what you're
already doing? Not saying two more exercises is a bad idea, just
wondering what you're trying to achieve.

You might try substituting dumbbell military presses. Exrx.net has a
good desription of the Arnold press, a great and underused shoulder
    exercise, IMHO.

There are plenty of good but somewhat 'exotic' shoulder exercises - the
windmill and the turkish get-up come to mind. You could try dumbbell
floor presses if you don't like bench presses and want a chest component
in the exercise as well. A great exercise I sometimes do but don't
recall the name of: lay on the floor, press one dumbbell or kettlebell
to arms length, then roll onto your side (the non-bearing one). The
idea is to keep your focus on the weight at all times and roll as far
away from the weight as you can while keeping it fully extended, almost
to laying on your stomach if you can. Obvious be careful and work into
it gradually, starting with a light weight and a relatively small range
of motion - but this is a great one to restore some functionality to
busted-up shoulders and you don't need a heavy weight to reap the
    benefits - I find 25-50 lbs. plenty.

Hope that's of some help to you.

I have a very old copy of the "7 Minute Rotator Cuff" program
originally from Health for Life. It cured all of my shoulder problems
and laid the foundation for other exercises without injury.

Not sure if it's still available.

I'm doing 5 sets of 6 reps in the MP and 5 sets of 10 in the side
laterals, I think that's more than enough.

I though perhaps doing 4 exercises (5 sets of each) for the shoulders
would be nice. Perhaps I'll do some rowing as somebody has already
    suggested.

I used to do frontal raises after side laterals but they are so boring,
and training has to be fun otherwise you start finding ways to skip it.

BTW, after doing inclined bench pressing I usually do some pec-decking
and my real delts always hurt (soreness not "bad pain"😉 like hell, is
    this common?

I workout for fun (but it's hypertrophy training although some times
bordering on overtraining), simple as that, I enjoy military pressing
and side laterals and I was wondering what other 2 exercises I might
add that are fun, there's so much stuff, I guess I was fishing for
something maybe somebody had some ideas.

I do machine military press, I practicaly train only with machines,
I've already had enough shoulder and lombar injuries for this lifetime
from a youth spent on doing exercises improperly with too much weight,
stretching the ligaments too far (especally in dips) and unproper
    technique.

Just curious, which part of the wanking is the concentric and which
part is the excentric? I'm curious so I can time my breathing with it.
I'm fairly certain when it's coming back it's the concentric so I'll
exhale then and inhale when pulling on it. Will too many reps cause
athrophy or just improve the muscle tone? I'm worried about the toning
because I already have enough vascularity down there.

Just be sure to switch hands. Or else it'll make you asymmetrical.

Try the Japanese 4 minute method- Furiously [censored] off for 20
seconds, pause for 10,and repeat until 4 minutes is reached. You may
need someone to time you- Spurt James usually volunteers

Didn't Jean Claude Van Damme pioneer this method except he said he
contracted his glutes for 30 seconds then rest 30 then contract 30 then
    rest 30, etc?

Of course "male ones", you don't think that butt-tagger would touch a
    woman do you?

I know this sounds really stupid but since English isn't my native
language I honestly don't know and have to ask. What is the difference
between Pullups and Chinups? Is the difference whether you have your
palms turned towards you or not (orthodox or reverse grip) or the width
    of your hand spacing?

I can see how rowing can help develop your rear delts but I'm surprise
that Pullups affect the delts as I assumed they would hit the back,
    lats and biceps more.

With chinups, your palms face you. With pullups, your palms face away from
    you.

    Yes.
