    Question: Should She Ride?

    - yes, she should learn to ride
    - no, she should not learn to ride
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------

I've got a friend who had a go of my uni a few times and did what all
the other first-time-learners do, the old get on with the front foot
instead of the back foot, fall off without going anywhere, you know the
    deal (we've all been there).

Well im trying to convince her that she should learn to ride a uni
properly but she thinks it's too hard and that its more dangerous than
    riding a bike.

What do you think she should do, and do you have anything you want to
    say to her?

  3. Explain the proper mounting technique and demonstrate it. Offer all the
    help she needs.

A new rider(especially a girl) is always good, but don't push her if
    she doesn't want to.

  4. Is this Hannah or Cassie?

    If so hahahahahah!!!

I guess you should teach her....most of it you can teach yourself, just
a few things like putting your weight in the saddle and not on the
pedals is always helpful to know.

Actually, first time I got on a Unicycle, I got on the same way as my
friend did, although I was holding onto a planter box.

I'm very observant, and can pretty much figure out anything (technical)
    without reading.

  10. Unis are much safer then bikes. The farthest you can fall from is how
far your cranks are from the ground at the top of a rotation. Due to
the riding position most "falls" on flat result in you on your feet.
There are no Handle bars to fly over, no gears to get Shoelaces or
trouserlegs caught in in and no chains to come undone. Also, top speed
on a twenty is usually somewhere around jogging speed, hardly
    life-threatening.
