One day isn't going to hurt you or hinder your weight loss at all.
If you ate so few calories for months and months that would be different.

I agree with JC. Don't worry. Calorie deficit = weight loss. If you

Thanks for the help everyone I'm sorry I get kinda highstrung whe it comes
to doing something that I want to do right... I got up to ~1320 Cals once
this weeks so when I saw the lowest # of the week wasnt even in the 1000's I
was a bit freaked but if you dont think I'm going to stall by having to low
of cals then I'm not going to worry so much and just get on with the it....
maybe fitday wasnt such a good idea this soon in the WOL mixed with my OCD

  7. Don't be concerned. Keep an eye on your weekly or monthly average calories.

I routinely bounce between 800 and 2000 calories per day. The low days are
important in making a 1400 average.

    I agree with Peter.

Here is the rule you should follow. Instead of fretting about not
eating enough calories and causing a stall, spend the fretting time
doing a heavier workout routine. Do something for an hour a day that
    leaves you sweating and puffing.

If you do that, I'll guarantee that the pounds will continue to melt
off even if you are only doing half the reommended calories.
