It's a large Oriental cleaver. A heavy one made by Kiwi.
He lives in Lancashire England. I've no idea what to even google for in
that area of the world?

Problem solved once you contact the maker (intra-England shipping). Some
information about that should be available through the source you intend
to buy the knife from.

It's only $7.00.

I bought one for myself and I've fallen in love with it! The weight is
excellent and it holds a killer edge! Stays nice and sharp with lots of
use.
