    Can't blame ya there.

Ever consider changing ID's for a bit to lose the stalker?

Why? He'll just pick up on it right away, and adjust. That would only
create more confusion as to my ID.

    Yes, I will do that.
It's just nasty enough, his ISP might actually care.
A lot of them don't give a damn.

He's pretty good at his game, I bet he already has an ISP who doesn't
care, but I think they all care at some point, it's just a matter of
how many complaints they get, and how far he pushes it. I'd say he's
gone well beyond what any ISP would tolerate at this point, so he's
    worth reporting.

  4. Hi, Ive done the interval training for approximately 3 weeks, once a week
pushing realtively hard. At first I noticed my quads and hamstrings were
sore after a couple of these sessions, but this was just muscle fatigue and
not a problem. So I guess the shins did come into pain but this was only
felt a while after and after still continued running.
The intervals are with the running club and on the other days I go for runs
up to 30 or 45 minutes,, bit usually only 3 times a week if that for now.
The surface I run on is a combination of grass, dirt and bitumen.

Ive booked myself in to see a Podiatrist and get some so called
'professional' advice. My shoes generally wear out at the rear outside part
of the heel first. So I over or under pronate, imnot sure which one.
Ive used Nike shoes as I was first informed years ago by a Doctor to get
shoes with the maximum cushioning and this seemed to be the way to go, but
since this post it appears Nike are inferior.
So im at a loss now,, hopefully further advice will make things clear.
    Thanks for your response

Ive recently joined an athletics club although my training hasnt been
    pushed
up too much as far as time and distance goes. Ive started doing interval
runs and running more regularly so therefore I suppose giving myself lest
    rest.

The interval training is the most likely cause. How often do you do this ?
What sort of workouts do you do ? Do you do your interval workouts with
    your
    running club ?

I use Nike Air Max shoes, purely because previously I had adidas and had
joint problems and a Doctor reccomended I purchase a shoe with maximum
    cushioning.

What sort of "joint problems" ?

    Quoted message said:

Compared to anything else Nike Air Max has seemed to served me
well. I also had a short bout with asics and still favoured the Nike
    shoes.
I also do roll my foot in my stride and I say that because the outer heel
    of
my shoe wears out first and is noticeable.

You should get more wear on the outside of the heel, and the inside of the
toe so this is normal. But the heel shouldn't break down before the rest
of the shoe. Maybe you're overstriding, which increases impact. How many
steps do you take per minute when you run ?

    Cheers,

Ditch the nikes, buy Asics 2000 series. Your problems will be gone.
Yours is textbook case, and mirrors a new runner (JJ) who recently
went through the same thing you are. She will tell you it works.
