No. Not usually off the shelf at present; neither does Campy. You can custom build or get ones from boutique vendors such as:

Most riders who really need a 25T will never spin out 53x12T 😉

Shimano makes an 11-23 and 12-25 but not the 11-25. Same for Campagnolo.

I'm running a 50-36 compact crank hence the 11 and 25 would help me out on both extremes. 50-11 and 36-25 would give me the best of all worlds.

you could try looking at MICHE as an alternative , though the website is a bit confusing as to options , also MAVIC do cassette kits but they´re a bit expensive .

Hi -- Anyone tried a Miche 10 speed cassette on a shimano hub ? Like dope I bought 2 , 11-27' s before I tried one and it shifts terribly. When you tune the d'rlr stops and cable tension to shift up from small to large cogs it won't shift down right, and vice versa. I also can't go from 9 to 8th gear and 3ed to 2nd without double shifting. The pattern that the teeth make from cog to cog look almost random, versus the nice spiral pattern you see in the shimano cassettes. I took it apart and reassembled it twice and measured all the spacers to make sure they were the same thickness. I also noticed that each gear fits a little sloppy on the hub, some of them differently, so they move around until the cap lock is tightened. I lubed my cable, checked for kinks, hangups, etc and found nothing. I reinstalled my shimano 12-27 , 10 speed cassette back on and within minutes I had it shifting flawlessly. Bizarre. Hint anyone ? thanks !

So in theory you could buy a Shimano 11-23 and a 12-25, and replace the 19-21-23 cluster on the 11-23 with the 21-23-25 cluster. You would probably want to shuffle some other cogs around as well to avoid big jumps in gearing.

I tried something something similar once (can't remember the exact ratios) from cassettes I had on two different bikes. The shifting was fine except where there was a jump between cogs that had come from the two different cassettes. There, it was horrible. So it would seem that Shimano's cassette shifting ramps are completely specific to the exact cassette configuration they come from.

For this and the previous..Campag and shimano both make 11-25 cogsets in 10s.

Hmmm, I have 'em and sell 'em. 11-25 for shimano and Campagnolo in 10s. Just checking MO, online? Not sure why you can't find them.....
