Replies from anyone else may include theories about tubulars
and clinchers, but will be useless unless they also contain
hard intelligence about which kind of tires what percentage
of pros are riding in Europe.
(The question is not whether it's a good idea to paste tires
to rims with frog snot. The question is how widespread the
practice is among professional bicycle racers in Europe.)

kind of tires the top ten finishers in some impressive
