  1. Hello,

    A quick question:

Let's say I'm doing a routine that consists of (just an example):

    3 x 10 bent over row

    3 x 10 hammer curl

    3 x 10 kickbacks

....is it best to do (a) the first set of bent over rows, rest, then the
second set, rest, then the third OR (b) do one set of bent over rows, one
set of hammer curls, one set of kickbacks and then start over OR (c) vary
    between the two methods.

    Thanks

Do your rows, then curls. Save the kickbacks for when you do chest.

    - Horrible exercise. Do some other type of tricep extension, like
    the overhead ones.

    - Best for what?

You are asking to do the sets in a regular manner(a) or circuit fashion(b).

I disagree. Do curls first; exhaust the biceps. Using less bicep
assistance in the bent rows will improve recruitment of the lats.

And kickbacks are for girlies. Do skullcrushers, seated tricep
    presses, or cable pressdowns, instead.

Different methods for different goals. What, as precisely as you can
explain it, are you trying to accomplish?
