Seeking advice and selling

I have this bike to sell, but I am not a cyclist (it was my sister's, she passed away last January), so I don't know how to price it. It's a large frame, I know that much, my sister was over 6 feet tall. I did some Craigslist and FB Marketplace searches on "Specialized Allez" and found prices between $250-1000. I don't know the age of this bike, but I believe it is at least 8 years old, maybe older (quite certain she didn't buy it after 2010). Open to advice (and maybe offers?) Going by the quill stem, I'd say you're looking more at the $250 end than the $1000 end.
It'd be easier to figure out the year and approximate value if you'd be able to get a model name and number off the components on the bike.
Shift/brake levers are Shimano, and should follow on with "105", "ultegra" etc.
So have a closer look at shift/brake levers, derailers, cranks, brakes and hubs.
Post back with any names and numbers you can find.

My 2-Cents ...
[INDENT]The crank looks to be an 8-speed Shimano crank, so one can surmise that because of the Quill stem which dabac noted that the shifters are probably 8-speed ... which probably makes it a pre-1998 bike ....
It appears to be in very-good to excellent condition, so if you are not inclined to keep-and-ride the bike then $250 should possibly be the minimum you should accept because you can probably get that much if you were to part-out the components & sell them separately from the frame & wheels.
[INDENT]The crank/shfiters/etc. may be among the relatively RARE iterations of the 105 group AND could be subsequently sold as such.[/INDENT][/INDENT]

The shifters are 9-speed Shimano Ultegra … presumably, 6503 since the crankset has a Triple Chainring setup which appear to be Shimano 9-speed Ultegra rings.
[INDENT]The 9-speed Ultegra shifters are BETTER than the 8-speed 105 shifters, but they are not uncommon.[/INDENT]
The third picture shows the bracket for a cycling computer.
It appears that the seatpost is a RITCHEY, and it would probably have been a replacement for the original if the original might not have been long enough for your sister.
The combined, separated value of the parts & frame & wheels is (still) worth more than $250, IMO.
