Well, then the name went right past you.
The guy who owns this place is a gringo. Because he uses chilies in his
pies, the name is a hybrid, part Mexican, part gringo.
Feet, of course, have zippo to do with it.
Oh, you forgot the smilie? That explains it.
Here's mine: ;->

Señor Pie Wanted Prosecutor Killed, Police Say
By Chris Vogel
Journal Staff Writer
Police have arrested Señor Pie himself.
Earl Scott Robinson is behind bars for allegedly offering an employee a
slice of his pie store's profits in return for killing a woman
prosecuting him on suspicion of child molestation.
Robinson, 69, owner of the Señor Pies pie store on Gibson SE, was
arrested Wednesday and charged with criminal solicitation to commit
first-degree murder, Metropolitan Court records state. As of Thursday
evening, he was being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in lieu
of a $1 million cash-only bond.
An unnamed employee told police Robinson offered up 50 percent
ownership, $525,000 a year, in his pie franchise "in return for taking
out the DA," records state.
"If I can get this problem taken care of, then we can move forward with
this pie company," Robinson allegedly told the worker.
The "DA" is Assistant District Attorney Rachel Berenson, who in 1999
began prosecuting Robinson on charges including criminal sexual contact
of a minor, records state.
In May 2002, a jury found Robinson not guilty of two counts of
contributing to the delinquency of a minor. A mistrial was declared in
the case when the jury could not agree on a verdict for three sexual
contact charges, records state.
Berenson said she expects to retry Robinson on the sexual contact counts
once the state Supreme Court makes a ruling regarding Robinson's case.
She said the court is expected to rule later this month on issues
involving the use of a polygraph test.
Berenson said she could not comment on the possible death threat.
Robinson said he was bankrupt and looking for someone to "eliminate
her," records said.
"This (expletive) DA," Robinson told his employee, "she's been trying to
prosecute me on this thing that I got accused of molesting a 10-year-old
boy," records state.
Robinson said he had spent $3 million because Berenson "won't let up,"
records said.
Berenson is familiar with these types of threats.
In July, authorities suspected that a gang member Berenson successfully
prosecuted ordered a hit on her and a District Court judge. The gang
member was convicted of raping two children.

Here's one of their recipes:

Green with Chile Envy Pie
From "American Pie," by John T. Edge, this recipe comes from Señor Pie
of Albuquerque, also known as Scot Robinson. In the best New Mexican
tradition, he incorporates Hatch green chiles.
Serves 8.
Ingredients
2/3 cup vegetable shortening, chilled
1/2 tablespoon salt
2 cups flour
4-5 tablespoons cold water
5 large Granny Smith apples
1/2 lemon, juiced
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground nutmeg
1 tablespoon hot green chiles, chopped
1 1/2 tablespoons butter
White of 1 egg
1 tablespoon sugar
Directions
With a pastry cutter or a fork, cut the shortening and salt into the
flour until the mix is pebbly. Add the water and stir with a fork until
the dough becomes somewhat sticky. Form dough into a ball, then cut the
ball in half, handling the dough as little as possible. Wrap in plastic
and refrigerate, preferably for at least an hour.
Peel and slice apples. In a bowl, mix by hand apples, lemon juice, dark
brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, vanilla, salt and nutmeg. Add chiles and
stir with a wooden or stainless steel fork.
Preheat oven to 375.
Roll dough into two circles about 2-3 inches wider in diameter than the
pie shell or plate. Place one crust in the pie plate. Mound the filling
atop the crust and dot with butter. Cut a central vent in the top crust.
Place over the filling and crimp the edges. Glaze the top crust with egg
white mixed with 1 tablespoon of water. Sprinkle with sugar, bake 15
minutes. Reduce heat to 350 and bake another 45 minutes or so.

Very old news and not pertinent to the topic. If you have something
about his current situation that MIGHT be more appropriate.
