Yes, Defence buys a whole lot of spots, and then finds people to fill
them. I'm just checking I'm still in one of those spots.

Yep it is full (I am in - hooray). However, anyone looking to ride,
there is a section where you can put down your name so that someone can
use you in their team.

It is a great event (not really a race for most!)

Nah, I didn't sign up. I was meant to be on holidays around then so I
didn't get around to it.
