Look what we gathered when crossing the Menté pass in the Pyrenées . It was 3 three weeks after the tour de france so it should have been removed. 😕 Some packaging seem to be "old fashioned" indicating a several months/years presence on the road .
I don't agree with the littering, but I can sort of almost accept it when you're racing (I personally don't do it - I prefer to tape them to my top-tube; seems to work well enough).
What [censored] me is when people throw empty GUs (or whatever) on the ground at rest stops.
FFS, just suck it dry and throw it in your jersey pocket. It's not that hard when you are stationary.
