Seriously, eat right, training right, sleep right.....repeat. A year from
now then you can start researching potentially harmful supplements. (BTW,
what's your age? I'm guessing 16-18?)

I see some positive things about DECA. Seriously though you need to
give it time. I've been struggling with lowish gains for over 3 years.
I'm still getting 5lbs/year. Only recently did I try 1AD/4AD and only
because it was being pulled off the market. I will probably wait
another 2 before trying something a little more potent.
