Any word on whether or not anyone on Saeco got fined for not having sleeves? One or two riders
had very abbreviated jerseys in the first two mountain stages. Or is it OK because the shoulders
were covered? -

covered?They get away with it by cutting the seam at the bottom and then rolling it up. If the sleeve is
already loose, they don't need to cut it. As long as the fabric is intact, I don't think they get
fined. That is how it has been enforced AFAIK. -
