  1. I am heading to St Thomas for a vacation in the next couple of weeks
and wanted to maintain my running schedule. Does anyone have any
experience running on the streets of the island?

  2. Near a beach?
I had a nice week of beach running recently.
    It was an invigorating change.

There is a running club down there, though I couldn't find a web page for
it, just a number of press stories about activities (using simple Google
    search) --
St. Thomas Association of Roadrunners (STAR).
Also remember -- they drive on the left there.

No specific info about St Thomas, but a barefoot run on the beach is
always an option. If you feel you are starting to overheat, just take a
dip in the water and keep going.

    Have fun.
