I am heading to St Thomas for a vacation in the next couple of weeks
and wanted to maintain my running schedule. Does anyone have any
experience running on the streets of the island?

Near a beach?
I had a nice week of beach running recently.
It was an invigorating change. -

it, just a number of press stories about activities (using simple Google
search) --
St. Thomas Association of Roadrunners (STAR).
Also remember -- they drive on the left there.

always an option. If you feel you are starting to overheat, just take a
dip in the water and keep going.Have fun.
