  1. I may get that 7min book.

I'm not doing any exercises at the moment, but did overstretch my
rotator cuff with a rotator cuff stretch. It clicks sometimes if I do
    the rotator cuff movements.

How should I recover it? I heard from a doctor friend that if I don't
exercise it it will get stiff.
but if I do the movements, it clicks - sometimes. no pain, and i'm in
no rush to start weight training asap. I just want it to recover if I
    injured it a little.

i'm assuming it's a rotator cuff prob 'cos it clicks when I try rotator
    cuff movements.
after I did that rotator cuff stretch

I have had temporary clicks in the past with movements like military
press. never treated it as much of a big deal. I often somehow willed
the clicks to go away. never any pain

  2. Lighten up the weights for Rotar Cuff exercises at first. Cables are
    even better.
Do exercises that rotate the cuff in different directions.
Supplement 3x/day with flaxseed oil or fish oil.
always do rotar cuff before and after shoulder workout, and before
    chest workout.

  4. yuo should try only reabilitation movements before basics, and also use
glucosamine sulfate with the flax seed oil too.

Si Amigo! Siente' un la silla? Mattycone? Bendahoe? Puta?

  10. u should avoid all kind of behind the neck press, pullovers and similar
exercices, because they are the worst for a rotator cuff injury.Regarding
    supplements-pure fish oil,glucosamine sulfat,chondroitine,magnesium and zinc
    before bedtime
