Some pretty crazy [censored] going on there,,,

Now that ass would scare the [censored] out of any gay 😉)

Kidding aside, can somebody explain to me how the author did his math on
    this one.
    Quote from the article
"As he initiates his diet, Ronnie may weigh 330 pounds and carry less than
10% body fat. If everything goes as planned (and year after year, this has
been the case), he'll drop 60 pounds over the 12 weeks and emerge shredded
    to granite-hard perfection."
    Unquote

At 330 lbs 10% bodyfat would be 33 lbs according to my math. If he loses 60
lbs then he must lose all bodyfat and another 27 lbs of muscle. That would
kill him surely. Or does he go down to the expected 4% and drop a whole
    bunch of muscle doing this?

You will always lose some muscle when dieting and you also lose anywhere from
10 to 20 lbs of water before a show. He could easily lose 15 lbs of muscle and
12 lbs of water or some ratio thereof.

I've seen pictures of Ronnie that were well over 10%. Hell, he looked
like a superheavyweight powerlifter on juice (juiced powerlifters
generally being leaner than natural powerlifters but still carrying a
quite a bit of fat in the supers).

How many lbs of muscle did Titus lose when he dropped you like a sack
of potatoes? I'm thinking 50, maybe 60 lbs.

I especially like his "supplement stack". Seems like he neglected a few
items, like Deca, Test, Winstrol, and HGH.

Why bother making comments like this when you know nothing about anabolic
    steroids??

I will defer to your knowledge. How's the liver?

Which liver? The new one or the old fried one?

That rear double biceps pose is incredible. His back looks like a nest
of anacondas, (if there is such a thing.)

The daily diet was interesting, but it would also be interesting to see
what his lifting schedule is as well.

    massive.
